EXPLORE THE PROTOTYPE
Project overview
Fitness is such a broad topic that is never explored fully. There are thousands of fitness programs on the internet with a variety of fitness. Momen Mohammed, a content creator and online Powerlifting Coach based in Texas, asked us to create a fitness mobile app that is easily accessible and comprehensible .
Load the Kilos is a mobile application aimed to provide fitness programs made with attention to detail and integrity - to help you understand why you are doing what you are doing, instead of blindly following a plan
COMPETITVE ANALYSIS
I went through two most commonly used fitness apps and conducted SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threat).

CORE EXPERIENCES
The most important action a new user could take is to buy and use a program— this is our Primary flow. Secondary flow would be fitness coaches customising and releasing their programs to the app. I charted a basic version, taking into consideration choices users might want to make, and specifying a clear happy path, which would allow me to start structuring the content within the app.
sOLUTION
The two main goals that we would like to solve are…
Helping users try workout programs across different disciplines.
Helping users understand how to approach fitness with use of Artificial intelligence and interface
Allowing fitness coaches and creators to customize their own programs that are easy to understand before they display their programs in the app.
Low Fidelity frames
We started designing the skeleton of our product with three main changes: Home, Discover, and Profile.
Home page - Available tools to boost your program
Discover page - Find the right workout programs
Profile page - Daily tracking and progress on fitness programs

Reviewing Apple's Human Interface Guidelines to make sure users would find the app immediately familiar and usable, I pulled together a cohesive final version of the full app. I made several changes from the wireframes to improve usability, such as proper margins to the Typography and the icons. The functional pages such as rpe and plate calculator were needed to be designed for users to understand the functionality. I added the components such as the cardboard model and toggle buttons to the pages for users to receive general understanding. weren't adding much except clutter—instead, I banked it as a potential feature for the third persona to be implemented further down the roadmap. I made plenty of tweaks to simplify features and provide better user control. I examined the flexibility and development feasibility of each component, and ensured tone and style were consistent in the copy and micro-copy.

illustrations and visuals
Default barbell plates are used as illustrations for plate calculations, kilogram and pound plates Spot illustration like barbell is used to help explain the concepts they represent.
Default logo of the brand, “Load the Kilos” is used as a face of the mobile applications.
Photographs and gifs are used to help explain the exercises they represent in the program.

in conclusion..
There are always more improvements to make, but at this point I was happy with calling the app ready to build. Users were completing tasks with ease, comprehending visual and written language, and most importantly—converting.
The app will let users who aren't satisfied with off-the-shelf products, create their own feedback under settings.
Future releases could account for strategic business decisions, e.g. introducing video instructions for users.
